Transpersonal Acupuncture

This Transpersonal Realm opens the healer to the study of humanity’s highest potential, and with the recognition, understanding, and realization of unity within the spiritual, and transcendent states of consciousness. The healer exchanges the normal everyday state of consciousness for an altered state of consciousness and more importantly, awareness.

Here the healer discovers that more important than the alleviation of symptoms, they can take their patient on a path of spiritual self-development, peak experiences, spiritual or mystical experiences,  deep contemplation, and other metaphysical experiences of living. This in turn causes an alleviation of symptoms as the inner workings of the psycho-spiritual aspects of the patient are led toward balance.

The use of Acupuncture techniques are not simply used to alleviate symptoms but to stimulate the spiritual and psychological functions. By stimulating these functions there is the potential of the elimination of the conflicts and obstacles, conscious and unconscious, that block the complete and harmonious development of the patients personality and potential.

This stimulation of spiritual and psychological functions leads the patient towards Spiritual Emergence.

The term "Spiritual Emergence" was coined by Stanislav and Christina Grof (1989) in order to describe a gradual unfolding and appearance of psycho-spiritual order in a person’s life.

I believe there is a deeper, more fundamental state of existence hidden beneath the appearances of day–to–day living. This Transpersonal Realm opens the patient to the height of humanity's highest potential, and with the recognition, understanding, and realization of unity within the spiritual and transcendent states of consciousness.
