The Story of Harmony Healthcare

The Story of the birth of Harmony Healthcare is one I like to tell. It began as a vision to become San Diego's premier Holistic Healthcare practice. What I would like to say is that my first vision for my practice was not the vision I wanted. Now I have a new goal, a new model, My vision now is to become San Diego's Premier Holistic Healthcare EXPERIENCE!
How do we create that experience? With consistent customer service and satisfaction. Even before the patient walks in the door, they know they are going to experience a difference. When the patient walks into the clinic door, they walk into a healing sanctuary where the senses are soothed, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The patient knows they have entered into a different space.
The vision began with my own terrible experiences with managed healthcare. HMO's have decimated the necessary trust between the healer and the patient. Without that trust, healing is not possible. So I strived to create a system where by the vision can be self-actualized and the patient has the support for their own healing journey toward self-realization.
The EXPERIENCE of Harmony Healthcare is very different. The patient and their needs are tanamount. The process of their healing is multi-dimensional and the compassion and caring for the person, not their illness, is our key. Under the care of compassionate professionals, our patients know that someone is always available for them. The healing process is not a technique, it is a relationship.
Harmony Healthcare was born out of a vision. Our focus is clear and we are flexible to change to create the healing experience our patients need and have come to expect. Our diverse companies serve to broaden our reach and the communication of our ideals and vision.
I have created a unique style of practice and the systems to provide this service consistently that not only help people with physical and emotional difficulties but also realizes and develops on'e greatest potential in all levels of life.
Our goal in the process of healing is to help the patient discover a greater sense of self-awareness, to find lifetime tools of self-discovery.
