Cultivating the Healer

My new book, the first in the Piercing the Truth Acupuncture series, is "Cultivating the Healer". It is about using ones imagination to set one free from their limitations, to discover a relationship with the Divine. This book is about experiencing an epiphany within your experience and with your relationship with the Divine. I will use the term Relationship to articulate the interaction of your spirit with that of the Divine. You do not need to be a saint to experience this interaction; you simply need to have the desire to help others. It is about an experience, a communication. It is the coming together of forces both of Nature and the Divine, Heaven and Earth. It is about an awakening of the Healer within you. This book will challenge you. It will challenge your concepts of reality. It will force you to wrestle with harsh feelings and resistance within you. The idea of this book is to create a new perception and then a new reality of our approach toward medicine and healing. So this book is a formulation of that vision. It is a step forward in the process to conceive and articulate a new perception. It is important to remember, when you read, there is nothing which is definitive, nothing which is set in stone within this process. There is nothing limiting at all. This book is a process of my experience. Each healer will have their own experience. My vision for this book is to help to awaken the Healer within you so that you can create your own path toward the Relationship with That which heals. For within that Relationship an awakening will occur. The path of the healer is an exciting one. But it also can be threatening. The healer must not only face themselves, but also those around them that do not understand them. The healer is different. The Relationship, makes it so. My vision is to assist to help awaken within you the connection of that Relationship. The Healer in you is calling out to you. Answer back. From Cultivating the Healer
